We had a really nice visit with Remco and Jos. Remco brought his guitars along and played for us. We also did some work on Rob’s Zx-1. Actually, it ended up being quite a lot of work, but as former navy engineers, they are both great with equipment. It was quite a trial-and-error effort, with varied attempts until we finally had success! Rob was a trooper to keep on testing it. They also helped fix our front door and do some cleanup of all the leaves in our gutters. It’s fantastic to have such handy friends around, and much appreciated, along with their nice company and fun!

Remco has started with a new band Scheepsfolk, a maritime folk group who perform at maritime festivals and nautical events around Europe. As a former navy guy, it’s a perfect way for him to share some of his great guitar playing.
