- You decide which company you purchase the facility. The company must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce. You may not buy from a private individual.
- You will have to search and choose a product and negotiates its own price and delivery.
- You manage the budget and justify the cost when the municipality asks.
- Problems with purchase, theft, insurance, maintenance and repair you need to solve.
- You can buy a more luxurious version then you need according to the indication. You pay the extra cost.
- You may eventually buy another product, but only if this product solves your problem and it is a WMO facility.
- The provision remains the property of the municipality.

- U bepaalt zelf bij welk bedrijf u de voorziening aanschaft. Het bedrijf moet wel ingeschreven staan bij de Kamer van Koophandel. U mag dus niet kopen van een particulier.
- U gaat zelf op zoek en kiest een product uit en onderhandelt zelf over prijs en leveringsvoorwaarden.
- U beheert het budget en verantwoordt de kosten als de gemeente dat vraagt.
- Problemen met aanschaf, diefstal, verzekering, onderhoud en reparatie moet u zelf oplossen.
- U kunt een luxere uitvoering kopen dan u volgens de indicatie nodig hebt. U betaalt zelf de extra kosten.
- U mag uiteindelijk ook een ander product kopen, maar alleen als dit product uw probleem oplost en het een Wmo-voorziening is.
- De voorziening blijft eigendom van de gemeente.
